I'm experiencing a game bug. Every 3 - 6 minutes, the game will freeze for seconds then everything will turn black except for the cursor. I can still hear the background noise and I can also hear the sound effects if I cast spells. I need to restart the game in order to fix the issue but the after 3 - 6 minutes, the same issue will occur. Is this an issue within the game or there's some adjustment I need to change in the settings. Please help me. Thank you.
