I wrote same problem at happy holiday event. GM said it just only my issue. send personal mail to him. but many user had same problem. I wrote it several times. GM's answer is always same "send gm personal mail" & "other users have not problem, that is just only your problem" Now, Many?(most) users can take quest just 1 time. My 12more character can't renew 3yearsEvent. and many users have same problem in our guild. They make new character and complete quest and delete character repeat. Such a bad situation, But GM always said no problem that is just your issue, send personal mail to GM? GM check this problem carefully. this is not only few users trouble. Dont say to me " send personal mail or discode" FIX THIS MATTER. |

The reason, why we ask you to send mail or discord, is because we need your personal account name and character name. That is why we ask you to PM or send the email. |

I wrote the reason past my wrote, my computer had problem when clicked your discode invitation. so,I asked you fix on your discretion. but you didn't answer no more.
It is not blame on you. many user can't renew 3YEent. just check this. It's all. |

Admin is checking this issue. We will check if there is a bug or a problem caused by the time difference between countries. For now, we recommend you to create a new character and get rewarded.
