Improve and Official notice for CAERNARVON

Greeting,

Thank you for your interest and support towardsROW.

It took us a lot of time to improve the CAERNARVON(Map 4). We have continued experiments and made changes. Finally, all the testshave been completed and CAERNARVON is being finalized.

The official opening date for the CAERNAVONis January 31^st, 2020.

We have increased level of ViceroyProtection to level 90 at KARTEHENA (Map 5). We induced users to level at KARTEHENA(Map 5) and we will focus the filed war at CAERNAVON (Map 4).

All users can still fight at KARTEHENA (Map5) and ALMIGHTY LAND (Map 3).

On the KARTEHENA (Map 5) users can continueto level and farm for items but drop rate of Gem and items CAERBAVON (Map 4)is higher than KARTEHENA (Map 5). However, CAERNAVON (Map 4) have a lowerexperience than KARTEHENA (Map 5).

We will place various bosses (Unused) onthe CAERNAVON (Map 4).

The resurrection of the East Island will bring diversityto the CAERNAVON (Map 4).

All the portals to CAERNAVON (Map 4) will be deleted,and new portals (item drop) will be released to help users to enter CAERNAVON (Map4).

Guild War will also officially open on January 31^st, 2020.

Details of the changes will be announced onJanuary 20^th, 2020 when the final decision and changes are decided.

We have been preparing for a long time tomake better ROW.
We will prepare for CAERNAVON (Map 4) within a range of not affecting the balance ofthe game.
