Please don’t ! 93 is enough .
It’s hard for lvl and new player coming hard to chase up lv& equipment so pvp will very difficult more to balance. Now auto lv 79 and they can try to rush up lv 90lv with items AAA. This make good. But need time too. Not everybody have more time to lvl , but can use cash to make item.

If need for level upgrade limit. I suggest 95 max will be good. Lv 100 maybe more 2 year? LoL

with 300% + 50% after war boost + 240% exp tower all this exp boost still hard to lvl up ..maybe just make 1000% exp drop for newbie...or create special orb that increase exp drop to 1000% 1 hour and sell it at item mall for 999 point each...
