skill: 5 cooldown: 10 Question is..does that 10 represents 10% or x-10.. x being the cool down time list on the skill description..? For example Purification cool down time is 15second then when you wear the item(cancer of stone s) does it decrease by 1.5second? or is it 1/10 of 1 second? |
