Some of users send us the report about theskill, but we did not change or adjust anything related to skills without notice. Usersreport that it feels different, but since we did not change we can only tellusers that it is just feeling that they feel different about the skill.

The balance of skill has never been changedwithout notice, and we will not change anything without notice in the future.

Rumors seem to be overgrown from users tousers.
