[Notice] Implementation Details: Level 94 Boost Event

Greetings, ROW Evolution players.

We have deeply deliberated on the implementation of the Level 94 Boost Event. We understand that many of you wish to easily upgrade the characters you have personally raised to Level 94. This event is undoubtedly a great opportunity for players who find it difficult to invest a large amount of time into the game.

Furthermore, we fully understand the anxiety surrounding the trading of accounts owned by others that are already Level 94 or 95, due to various potential security risks.

Therefore, we have carefully considered the most appropriate and fair method to proceed with this event.

During our planning, we evaluated several concerns:

1. Making the Level 94 boost a paid service is a justifiable decision.

2. Providing it through the Special Gacha introduces fairness issues regarding cost variations among players due to probability.

3. Restricting the number of participants specifically for MK and KR creates fairness concerns.

As a result of these deliberations, we have made the following decisions:

1. The event must be fair to all current players enjoying ROW.

2. There should be no fairness issues arising from limiting the number of participants for MK and KR.

3. The event must be implemented strictly for a limited time only.

Based on these principles, the finalized event details are as follows:

• Event Period: June 17, 18, and 19 (3 days only)

• Eligibility: All users, all accounts, and all characters are free to participate.

• How to Participate:

  • (A) Top up 10,000 points per character on your account, then submit your application via email.

  • (B) When writing the email, ensure that you have charged the correct amount of points corresponding to the number of characters you wish to boost. Please include your Account Name and Character Name(s).

  • (C) After receiving a confirmation reply via email, you will verify your character's level growth online with a GM during the 3-day event period.

  • (D) The character applying for the boost must first be leveled up to Level 79 (utilizing the Auto-Level Quest). However, if you wish to apply for a character that is already Level 80 or higher, you must specify this as an additional note in your email (e.g., "My character is currently Level 83. I wish to grow this character.").

This event is being held to celebrate the launch of Season 2. It will run for 3 days only, and the event will be completed alongside a GM during this period.
