Updates for Gameplay Balance and System Stability

Greetings to all our dedicated players,

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who continues to love and support ROW. Over the past 8 years, ROW has evolved through countless challenges. YOUXILAND remains committed to overcoming every obstacle, and we are working tirelessly to ensure a stable and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone.

To address current issues and enhance the competitive experience, we are implementing the following updates:

1. Enhanced Security & Connection Stability

We are further strengthening our security protocols to resolve login difficulties and ensure a more stable connection.

• Schedule: Partial implementation started March 2nd (AM).

2. High-Level War Entry Requirement Change

To ensure more balanced and competitive gameplay, the minimum level for entering High-Level War will be adjusted.

• Update: Entry level changed to Lv. 88 and above.

• Estimated Application: March 3rd or March 5th.

3. Akkan Attacker Skill Balance

The current skill boost for Akkan Attackers will be concluded.

• Update: 15% Skill Boost ended.

• Estimated Application: March 3rd or March 5th.

4. Akkan Rune Ice Skill Adjustment

We are adjusting the crowd control (CC) mechanics to prevent excessive locking in combat.

• Update: Ice proc probability slightly decreased.

• Estimated Application: March 3rd or March 5th.

5. Human Sorceress Skill Buff

The offensive capabilities of the Human Sorceress are being increased to improve her role in the war.

• Update: Fire Skill damage boost applied.

• Estimated Application: March 3rd or March 5th.

6. Universal Stun Duration Adjustment

To allow for more dynamic and fast-paced combat, the duration of stun effects for both races will be reduced.

• Update: Stun duration decreased by 50% for both Akkan and Human skills.

• Estimated Application: March 3rd or March 5th.

Beyond these changes, we plan to continuously monitor gameplay and provide further skill adjustments and exciting events. Our goal is to make the War more thrilling and intense than ever before.
