already reinstall and manual update, disable antivirus..off firewall..restart modem, restart laptop..wont solve the problem.. i can create and delete char but cannot start..ouchh..help..thx

Can you define the error?
Another thing is before you reinstall have you turned off PC before you download latest client from our website? It is important to turn off PC to remove leftover data from your PC. |

Yes, already done the step..uninstall, delete folder in C, restart, redownload, manual update, turn off antivirus and firewall..still cant play..
I can login using username and password, and i can create char.. but when I click start, after a moment ' Connection lost with game server'.. Still cant play..i try play with other private server, no problem.. i just wanna play with the official server.. |
