Notice of Changes in Skill Balance

Greeting, 


Thank you for supporting ROW. 
Through the survey, we have been getting suggestions and common opinions from the users. We are worry and expecting at the same time if the changes will bring good results or not. 

However, we want to make a ROW that improves. Considering accessories and we would like to change the skill balance a bit.  


At first, we changed the heal skill (increased skill level of Cleric and Life off from 3-0 to 4-0 for the buff release with a heal), and we will make some other changes in the future. 


We are planning to open a new event when changes in skill balance are applied. All of the decisions will be made before the end of January and reflected on the server.
